Delhi 2020 - Anton Fernando
Here, in the chilly air of the morgue where the sharp smell of formaldehyde cuts through the odour of blood and the buzz of an overworked air conditioner drowns out the howls from without... they are finally equal. On cold concrete slabs they lie... men of similar age, who prayed to dissimilar Gods in life, lie equal in death. Shot, stabbed, bludgeoned, it doesn't matter now. Sliced and sewn up after death, they lie in perfect harmony, unseeing eyes behind lifeless lids stare at the futility of it all, amidst the wails of the living.

Reflecting on doctor's words of wisdom above, you can't miss the folly of fighting for so-called superiority because on the deathbed they all lie as equals, yet in life every conceivable point is used to divide us.
Human ignorance is truly unfathomable. Let's find ways to be equals in life as we will certainly be equals in death, no matter which God or Goddess you worship or not worship.
Life is equality, respect, creating, honouring, growing, expanding, in this short time we live here, let's give and live our best selves, not kill each other for our apparent differences, because in death we will be absolutely equal.
I condemn every form of violence, there is no reason for it in 2020, we are not living in the dark ages anymore.
Thank you doctor for your deep wisdom.
